Feb 13, 2009 - I LOVE THIS! Francesca is REAL. Up to now I have only only EVER known her as, well, "Francesca" from "Ghost Ship." I don't speak Italian either, is she saying anything SPECIFIC about her character or the film? I always wondered how SHE was chosen, of alllll the ladies they could find in America to pretend to sing that song - but she was THE BEST CHOICE, visually, whoever she is! The autor of the article thinks the production crew used a translation software.
